We collect your email address — and nothing else. We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment information, or any demographic data. When you submit the signup form, only your email is stored.

Our website also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (see "Analytics" below).

We use your email address for one purpose:

• Sending you the daily NBA player prop analysis newsletter and related transactional messages (e.g. a one-time welcome email).

That's it. No marketing partners, no upsells from other companies, no surprise emails.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your email address with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your email is used solely to deliver The Morning Model newsletter.

We do use trusted infrastructure providers (email delivery, hosting, database) that process your email strictly on our behalf to make the newsletter work. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. You can also email us at themorningmodel@gmail.com and we will remove your address from our list.

When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails immediately.

We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate website traffic — page views, referral sources, browser type, and similar non-identifying metrics. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter.
